HANAC Weatherization Program (WAP)
The New York State Division of Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) administers a Weatherization Program through a network of sub-grantees. HANAC's Weatherization Program provides services to the North and West of Queens County.
The Weatherization Assistance Program aims to reduce heating and electrical costs while increasing comfort for low-income individuals and families by improving the energy efficiency of their homes.
